Refund Policy

The ₹2,999 package fee is refundable if Carbux is unable to sell your vehicle within 21 days of listing it on our platform.

The package fee covers vehicle inspection, indoor parking and professional marketing. If your vehicle is successfully sold within the 21-day period, the package fee is non-refundable, as the services have been fully delivered.

If we are unable to sell the vehicle within 21 days, the full ₹2,999 package fee will be refunded within 7 working days.

Charged only on completed sales. If no sale occurs, no commission is charged.

If you reject all bids and the vehicle remains unsold after 21 days, the full ₹2,999 package fee is refunded. Carbux will continue marketing the vehicle at no extra charge until it is sold or you choose to withdraw it.

If you voluntarily withdraw the vehicle before the 21-day period ends, the package fee is non-refundable as inspection, parking and marketing costs have already been incurred.

In the unlikely event that Carbux is unable to provide the agreed services for reasons within our control, a full refund of the package fee will be issued within 7 working days.

Buyer payments are released to the seller only after successful ownership transfer verification. If a transfer fails due to a Carbux error, payments are held until the matter is resolved.
